- Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). If you need to contact us during off-hours, please email the editor, designer, or consultant you have been working with, and they will respond as soon as they are able.
- After an initial consultation, if you choose to hire us, you will receive a written quote detailing the work we will perform and the itemized cost. Any additional work must be addressed with the person you are working with, and an updated quote will be supplied.
